Last updated: October 2026. OneBrokerView is a small, early-stage service. This page says plainly what it does with your data and what it isn't.
OneBrokerView puts a family's money in one place: stocks across broker accounts (ICICI Direct, Kotak Neo, Zerodha), uploaded trade history, mutual funds, bank balances, property, loans, insurance, card spending, budgets, reminders and alerts. You can also place orders through a connected broker account.
OneBrokerView is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, or with any other regulator, and it does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security. The planner, calculators, fund comparisons, alerts and the assistant work out numbers from what you've entered, with the assumptions shown. They are information, not advice, and they can be wrong. For advice on your own situation, speak to a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
Price and index alerts are levels you choose. Stock prices come from a free source about 15 minutes behind and are checked every 5 minutes in market hours, and index rules once a day after the close, so an alert can arrive late or not at all (for example during an outage). Don't rely on them as your only stop loss: place real stop-loss orders with your broker if you need them. Alerts never buy or sell anything.
Live broker holdings, positions, orders and funds are fetched from your broker when you open them and aren't stored.
If you add other people, such as parents, a spouse or children, you confirm that they're happy for you to track their money here, or that you manage it for them. They can ask you, or us, to have their details removed.
We don't sell your data, show ads or use tracking cookies. Our only cookie keeps you logged in.
Everything travels over HTTPS. Keys and secrets are encrypted at rest and only decrypted, in memory, to do what you asked. Turn on two-step login (Tools, then Security) to protect your account further. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn your data has been exposed, we'll tell you by email.
Your data is kept while your account is open, and removed when you delete it.
You're responsible for the trades and other actions taken through your connected broker accounts. Check orders before confirming them. OneBrokerView is provided as it is, without warranty: it may have bugs or downtime, and it may change.
The optional assistant can read your records and live prices to answer questions about your money and about stocks, including ones you don't hold. It can't place orders. It won't tell you to buy, sell or hold a specific stock or fund. Its answers are generated by an AI model, may be wrong or out of date, and are not financial advice.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app or by email before it takes effect.
